Why it matters
Connect rate is the ceiling on meetings booked. Improving list quality and using direct dials is usually a bigger unlock than pitch tweaks.
How it works
- Use direct dials and mobile numbers, not switchboards
- Call during peak connect windows: 8 to 10am and 4 to 6pm local time
