Roof Replacement Leads, Booked as Inspections on Your Calendar
Lead Engine delivers roof replacement leads as booked roof inspections, not contact records, with a weekly floor of at least 6 shown residential inspections. Its US based callers confirm the homeowner owns the property, document roof age and the reason for the quote, and book a window with the decision maker present. Lead Engine works with one roofing contractor per market, month to month with no long term contract. Premier Tucson: 366 booked appointments and $825K under contract in 7 months.
What you are committed to receive
- Residential programs commit to at least 6 shown roof inspections a week.
- Commercial programs commit to at least 4 shown inspections a week.
- A shown roof inspection means the decision maker was present, your inspector arrived, and the roof was actually looked at.
- If the shown inspections are not on your calendar, the dialing continues until they are.
Appointment StandardBooked versus shown roof inspectionswhat we commit to
Not shared form fills. Not shared marketplace leads. Real homeowners in your service radius, called by US based reps, qualified on roof age and damage, and booked directly on your estimator's calendar.
7 checkpoints every appointment clears before it reaches you
Most companies describe a process. This one is written down, checkpoint by checkpoint, so you can hold us to it. An appointment that fails any checkpoint is fixed, rebooked or dropped before your estimator ever sees it.
- 01
Homeowner identity and property ownership confirmed
The rep confirms they are speaking to a person who owns the property, by name, and that the name matches the address on the record. Renters, tenants and adult children calling about a parent's house are not booked as owner appointments. Where a spouse or co owner is on title, we note it so your estimator knows who else signs.
Fails when: Renter, tenant, or a caller who cannot confirm ownership.
- 02
Property inside the contractor's approved service area
Every appointment is checked against the zip list and drive radius you approved at kickoff. If the address sits outside your area we do not book it, we do not pass it to you as a courtesy, and we do not sell it to another roofer in the same market.
Fails when: Address outside your approved zips or drive time.
- 03
Roof age and reason for the quote documented
Approximate roof age, roof type where the homeowner knows it, and the actual reason they want a quote: a leak, a storm, a failed inspection, an insurance letter, a real estate transaction, or a planned replacement. Written in the homeowner's words, not a dropdown, so your estimator reads the real situation before knocking.
Fails when: No stated reason, or pure price shopping with no roof issue.
- 04
Decision maker confirmed to be present at the appointment
We ask directly whether anyone else is involved in the decision, and if so we book a window when that person is also home. For commercial and property manager appointments we confirm the contact's authority to approve an inspection and who signs off on scope.
Fails when: Decision maker unavailable at the proposed time.
- 05
Specific appointment window agreed and read back
Not a vague day. A specific date and window, agreed out loud, then read back to the homeowner with the contractor's company name and what will happen on site. The read back is where most soft appointments fall apart, which is exactly why we do it before booking rather than after.
Fails when: Homeowner will not commit to a specific window.
- 06
Calendar invite issued with a unique reference ID
The appointment lands on your calendar with a unique reference ID, the qualification notes attached, and confirmation sent to the homeowner. That ID is how both sides talk about the same appointment later, including reschedules, no shows and outcome reporting.
Fails when: Invite not accepted by the calendar, or a duplicate of an existing booking.
- 07
Final internal QA review before release
A second person reviews the notes against checkpoints one through six before the appointment is released to you. Anything that fails is fixed, rebooked, or dropped. You see the appointment after QA, not before, which is why fewer appointments reach you than we set.
Fails when: Any earlier checkpoint unmet on review.

How do roofers get residential roofing leads?
Lead Engine has booked residential roof inspections for roofing contractors since 2022, so here is how each homeowner lead channel actually performs. The channels that work for homeowner work are outbound calling into neighborhoods with the right roof age profile, your own Google and Facebook campaigns, referrals and past customers, and shared marketplaces. They differ on exclusivity more than on price: a marketplace contact is sold to several contractors at once, which is why the same homeowner fields four calls in an hour and books with whoever dialed first.
Our answer is to skip the contact record entirely. US based callers dial homeowners in your service radius, qualify ownership, roof age and reason for the quote, and hand you a confirmed inspection instead of a name to chase. One roofer per market, so the homeowner is never shopping you against another appointment we booked.
Are residential roofing leads exclusive?
Ours are. One roofing contractor per market, and no appointment is ever resold or shared. That is the whole reason the booking economics work: shared marketplace leads are commonly sold to three to five contractors, so your close rate is decided by response speed rather than by how good your estimator is.
Every appointment also clears all seven checkpoints of the Appointment Standard, and any appointment that fails a checkpoint is replaced at no charge.
See the seven checkpointsRetail roof replacement leads
Not every roof is a claim. We dial homeowners with 15 to 25 year old roofs on curated aged home lists and book qualified cash pay retail replacement estimates, with no insurance games in the middle.
Callers confirm roof age, ownership, homeowner insurance, financing interest, and buying timeline before booking, and they raise financing options during qualification so the appointment holds.
Retail work is higher margin and cleaner than storm work, it does not depend on the weather, and retail customers tend to refer other retail customers on the same street.
