What is a shown roof inspection?
Shown means the inspection actually happened. The decision maker was there, your inspector got on the roof, and it was not a no-show. Appointments that were merely booked do not count as shown.
The word matters because it is the unit the Lead Engine Guarantee is written in. Counting bookings flatters the report. Counting shown inspections describes what your estimator's day actually produced.
Why are shown inspections and booked appointments different numbers?
A booked appointment is a commitment. A shown inspection is an outcome. Between the two sit reschedules, no-shows, and homeowners who were not really available at the window they agreed to.
Because of that gap, the number of inspections shown in a week is always the honest figure to hold a program to.
What does the guarantee promise in shown inspections?
Residential: at least 6 shown roof inspections a week. Commercial: at least 4 shown inspections a week.
If we miss the weekly number, we keep calling at no additional cost until you are there. Month to month, no long term contract.
How is the show rate protected?
Every booked appointment clears the seven checkpoints of the Lead Engine Appointment Standard, including ownership confirmed, the address inside your approved service area, the decision maker confirmed present, a specific window agreed and read back, a calendar invite with a unique reference ID, and a final internal QA review before release.
Any appointment that fails a checkpoint is replaced at no charge.
